Welcome Friend Foundation provides charitable stewardship, funding, and long-term stability for programs delivered by Welcome Friend Association, including Rainbow Camp®, Rainbow Online Connection, and Brave Space Training.
While Welcome Friend Association designs and delivers programs, the Foundation helps ensure charitable gifts are responsibly managed, tax-receipted, and directed where they can make meaningful impact.

Who issues the tax receipt?
Your charitable tax receipt is issued by Welcome Friend Foundation (Registered Canadian Charity No. 797410362RR0001).
Can I direct my gift to Rainbow Camp® or another program?
Yes. If the donation form includes a designation option, you can select Rainbow Camp®, ROC, the Permanent Home / Capital Project, or “Where needed most.” If you do not see what you need, contact us and we will help.
How are donations used between WFF and WFA?
Welcome Friend Foundation provides charitable stewardship and funding. Welcome Friend Association designs and delivers programs such as Rainbow Camp® and Rainbow Online Connection. Your gift helps sustain those programs and related community supports.
Is my donation secure?
Yes. Donations are processed through a secure online payment system. You will receive an email confirmation, and eligible gifts receive a Canadian charitable tax receipt.
